A beautiful baby girl who surprised her mommy and daddy by coming six weeks early! The very day after we did maternity pictures, actually. Apparently Miss Annalise preferred being in on the action instead of tucked away like a little stowaway!

Late summer I captured a few images for a friend. Her wedding day in April turned out to be of the drippy, rainy personality and ended with lightning bolts and a tornado touchdown not so far away. Her photos of the day were not what she dreamed of at all. And while there is no way possible to re-do a wedding, it is completely possible to catch a little of the love and beautiful memories.

My sister, Beth, just had her fifth baby. What a doll!

Life doesn’t get interesting, it STAYS interesting with five children five and under!

When our parents were in Europe, my dad spotted this antique sled in the barn of a local farmer. After some negotiation, he was able to purchase it, much to the envy of everyone else in the group. Chloe fit perfectly.
